Do i have a chance?
immigrant from Turkey (been here for 8 yrs)/first generation college student

intended major: International studies/journalism
Sat: 2100
SAT II Math: 800
SAT II CHEMISTRY: 800

competitive high school, 40 students
3.0-3.2 gpa its low....

Your scores and extra-curriculars look good..not so much your GPA as you know. You should mention in your application if there was any reason why your GPA is not as high as it should be (long-term illness, etc.) Otherwise, your activities look very impressive and your scores are fine.
