The Certification of Finances form for international students applying to Hopkins is available for download on this page:

http://apply.jhu.edu/apply/application.html

The direct download link is:

http://apply.jhu.edu/pdf/2010/applic...l_finances.pdf

But yes, you have to download this form and then send it by mail or fax.

All international applicants must complete the International Student Certification of Finances form. You can access the form here: http://apply.jhu.edu/pdf/2010/applic...l_finances.pdf. To submit the form, one must download it, print it out, complete the form, and mail it to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. This form is a required element of one's application for admissions and therefore must be submitted by the application deadline. Without this form, ones application will be considered incomplete and we will be unable to review it for admission.
