sweetdreamzzz Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Posts: 68	I wouldn't take my chances and submit it on Nov. 1st.. Just fyi, when you submit, the date matches up with ET... I live in CA so when I sent my payment at 7pm, it said i sent it in 10pm..
