Does Kenyon require school counselor recommendation?

I didn't think so, but then I saw this on the website:
common Application School Report (Secondary School Counselor Evaluation)
does it mean both report and evaluation must be submitted (and maybe together) or what?

When sending applications I included a letter of recommendation from my counselor that was personalized along with a brochure highlighting information about our school (or I guess she sent it to the schools)...it has been more than 5 years since I applied...so perhaps this has changed since then? Also, this was from a large suburban public high school.

Yes, Kenyon only uses the Common Application. You will need to send in 2 letters of recommendation: one from a school counselor and one from a teacher.
