i was just wondering if anyone knew if Knox was a good school or not to pursue biology? i'm thinking about going into pre-med so i was just curious if anyone knew if Knox would provide good preparation for a career in medicine.
Go to the bottom of the page under display options and select beginning, then do a search on biology. You should get some information that will help you out.
I do know that Knox is a good school for biology and has two cooperative agreements with George Washington University in Washington, DC and Rush Medical College. They also have a 700 acre Biological Field Station called Green Oaks. Students stay out there for a semester. Hope this helps!

i don't really know much about the biology department, since i want to major in english.
oddly enough, when i visited i sat in on a principles of ecology class, which was interesting.
knox also has a marine bioloby field research on the belizean barrier reef. it's a 10 week course, then an optional 2 week field component, which sounds really cool.
