Taking SAT II's in December - can I still apply ED?

Unfourtunately, because of certain events, I couldn't take the October or Novemeber SAT II's, but I'm hoping to take the December SAT II's in US History, Math, and English. Can I still apply ED at the end of november and send my scores in later? Or will there be no point by then, as they will have already made their decision to accept/reject me?

Yes, you can still apply ED. Lafayette does not require Subject Tests. It only "recommends" them. If your application is solid you should be fine. The SAT II is used primarily for placement. Good SAT II scores can also enhance an otherwise strong applicant's chance of being awarded a Marquis Scholarship. Your December scores would be available in plenty of time before scholarship decisions are made.

Thank you very much. I did want to take them to enhance my possibility of becoming a Marquis Scholar, so I will take them.

Yup, you're quite lucky most schools don't allow you to take december sat 2 for ED applicants. Anyways good luck!

I understand. I have only a pretty low-average ACT score, so I wanted to at least enhance my application, even if I don't become a Marquis scholar.
