Thinking about law school... how bad off am I?

I just finished my first year of college, but I have enough credits to be a junior and will be graduating Winter of 2013. The school I am hoping to get into is average of a 3.4 GPA and 158 LSAT. (I think. I know for sure that is the GPA)

I am a double major with Biology and Chemistry, and my GPA is a 3.35. I could get it up to a 3.5 because of May Terms.

I am working as a file clerk this summer at a law firm where both partners went to the school I am shooting for.

How should I proceed? I am taking a practice LSAT tomorrow. I took a practice section from online and I got three wrong, so I don't think it was LSAT hardness. lol

EDIT: After reading some other posts about leadership...

I have an internship year round that I had last year and will have next year.

I am an admin for one club. (There is a president, vice president, then admins, then players. It is a campus wide game.)

I am a TA for one of my professors that I am close with.

I am also a leader for a scholarship group. So I hold monthly meetings.

I am in a leader role in every club or thing I am a part of except for one club.

What school? There are hundreds of law schools, some will be easy for you to get into to. You have no chance at Harvard or the other top notch schools.

I'll be a bit more specific than Scut.

Your leadership roles pretty much mean nothing, unless you intend on being a Rhodes Scholar. You shouldn't be studying for the LSAT right now anyway - focus on raising your GPA as much as you can. Worry about the LSAT next year. Enjoy undergrad while you can.
