Current UM student here... why did you take the LSAT so early?
I'd recommend taking Dr. Lewis's symbolic logic class this Fall if you can, and study study study to take the LSAT in December or June.
To have a good shot at those schools, with your GPA you'll realistically want the following LSAT scores:
Stanford: 173 (really kind of random, though)
Yale: 177 (really kind of random, though)
Columbia: 173
NYU: 171/172ish
Berkeley: 168 (really kind of random, though)
UPenn: 170
Duke: 169
Georgetown: 168
In summary, right now you don't really have much of a shot at any of these schools.
Check out this website I made, which takes the results of applications from lawschoolnumbers and presents them to you in an easily understandable form:

Here's a page with the information for your numbers:

PM me, if you want - I'm happy to help you study for a retake. I got a 169 in June, but before I took the test I was averaging 177 on practice tests. I have a group of 5 or so people who will be studying to retake in October

But I'm happy to help you out after that too - Cane family and all, right?
