Im still a high schooler but with my bad GPA, I'll probably send up at a top 25 school. Does a URM with a 170+ have a good chance at a t14 school, even though he isn't at a top 10 undergrad? No, I dont have a 170 but would doing to a less prestigious understand hurt chances alot even IF the applicant has a good/very good lsat?

It matters very little what undergrad school you attend. Grades, LSAT, and being a URM are by far the most important parts of your application.
