whats happens if you dont go to a t-25 t-14 law school?

what if you go to an avg law school? you have a hard time finding a job?

Yes, especially in the current market. You also might have big loans to pay back and a salary level that makes this difficult. That said, if you do very well at a state university law school or decent regional school, you have a better chance of finding a job.

I wouldn't attend a law school outside the T10 without a substantial scholarship or good tuition.
