ADHD- How to get more accomplished with an increase in concentration and focus!?!??

My ADHD is getting worse by the day. 30 minute homework takes 4 hours now. My focus and concentration have been adversely effecting me. Vitamins I can take to help me!? Anything besides Ritalin, Adderall, etc. I am begging you ( over the net ) to help me

L- tyrosine= tolerance
Idk if I should be taking it if it results in a crash.

ADHD doesn't generally "get worse". Are you sure that is what is happening? Anyway, I am not aware of things you can "take", but there are strategies you can use. Have you looked into things like that?

Its the antithesis of what is supposed to occur. My doctor told me from 2008, overtime my ADHD will succumb and go poof. BUT ITS GETTING WORSE

Have you heard of Vayarin? A prescribed medical food supplement containing omega fatty acids that is supposed to help with ADHD symptoms.

Anyone else heard of or used Vayarin? It is a pretty new intervention for ADHD.

Though, probably, most young people "grow out of it" (so to speak) I believe, in some cases, it can get "worse" as well as tourettes (ticks) often associated with ADHD behavior.

Seek professional advice.

Sleep deprivation worsens concentration so make sure you're getting enough sleep. Exercise can help improve attention. Mindfulness practices can also help in the long run.
