Lehigh is more selective as far as admissions, so it says here in the directions that Lehigh may? have a more competitive acedemic environment. However, less students are accepted so PSU will have as many highly qualified students as Lehigh. PSU has a direct relationship with the Medical center in Hershey which would certainly be a big advantage for premed. PSU has a much lower tuition. Lehigh has a tremendous reputation in all areas and probably either school would be a great choice. If premed is your passion perhaps you should check out Pitt. They have moved up quickly in the rankings for their premed studies and are immediately adjacent to the medical centers that excel in teaching, treatment and research. Good luck, if you have managed admission to Lehigh and PSU you will certainly have a great chance at success.
