Is it possible to apply to Lehigh regular decision for CAS but also apply for Combined Optometry and or Combined Dental Program? (as in, if I get rejected from the med programs could would I still be considered for the college?)
If you have the qualifications to gain Lehigh acceptance then you surely should not have a problem getting into med school. The question is with the upcoming Obama plan for health care why go into medicine?
Vanillasky, I don't remember this for a fact, but I believe a couple of years ago someone posted that he had been rejected from Lehigh/Drexel med but accepted to Lehigh. The academic standards for the undergrad/medical programs are much higher.
I suggest that you call the admissions office to find out for sure that your application will be both for the optometry (or dental) program AND regular Lehigh admissions.
