ranked 14 out of 70 in my class
part time job

you should get in. MY GPA is way lower but my scores are a bit higher and I got in. I think you just need a 3.0 and a 22. But with a 24 you will have a tough time getting aid. But good thing their OOS is still comparatively very cheap. Just getting up to a 26 will get you a good amount of aid (you would get almost 5k/year) and it gets better as the scores go up. But as far as just getting accepted, you should be fine.

You'll get in, but aid will be hard to come by. Almost all the OOS kids I know had stellar ACT scores here.
