Loyola Application Check

Does anyone know if Loyola has an application check website like most other schools? I applied over a month ago, and all I got was an acknowledgement email. I just want to make sure that they have recieved everything, so i am considered early action. It probablly shouldnt make a difference but i applied with the advantage application.

I got accepted, by text message! You can call the school and ask to assure that they received all the admissions materials. Office of Admissions: 312.915.6500 or 800.262.2373

I assume you are talking about Loyola University: Chicago?

I have only received the text, and am waiting for the paper acceptance.

I have twin daughters that also applied to Loyola in MD. They sent thier applications in mid October. One received an e-mail saying her application was complete, the other sister didn't hear a word. she called and was told her application was complete. We have not heard anything other than the Financial procedure guide and two Christmas cards. From previous post it seems several years ago they mailed acceptance letters before Christmas. The last two years people didn't get them until the Jan. 15 deadline. I wish they would come before 12-25. that would be the best Christmas present they could recieve. Loyola is the only shcool they really want to go to. I don't think they have a web site to check your status. Best of luck to you!

January 15 just seems so long and late with Early Action.

Question, for the advantage application, is that all you have to submit? What do you do about the common app and supplement, or do you just submit everything?

advantage app

S received an advantage app on e mail. All you have to do is send it in, then have your GC send in transcripts, and send your scores (although they are score optional if you choose, forget what the rules are). We just attended an info session/tour, and the admissions man said it's either/or with advantage app or common app. They consider them equal. The only issue was, they really want you to answer the essay question specifically on the advantage app, and with the common app you can choose anything.
