MIT Talent Outreach Program (T.O.P)

Does anybody know what the MIT Talent Outreach Program (T.O.P) is? I got an email from MIT inviting me to talk to one of MIT's students about the college itself and the admissions process. I was wondering if that is all that the program entailed or if there was some other component to it. Any answers would be appreciated.
