I think of early decision...

Hi everyone. While I was surfing on the website of this college, I read that they require TOEFL instead of SAT for international applicants as well as two subject tests. Do you think that I might be have chance for this college at early decision? Here is a part of my résumé:

SAT II: Chemistry 800, Math Level2 790 I forgot my calc at home )
TOEFL IBT: 114/120 (On their website it is said: SAT won't be required for international applicants if they send their TOEFL scores)
GPA: 3.95/4.00
Rank: 6/180 (in one of the best high school in the country)
All of my grades are A+. (In our country, classes aren't separated as honours or APs. But my high school in in top3 in the country)

High School Activities
- National Math Olympics - Titled as "successful" at the first stage (there were only two stages)
- Member of Math Club: Vice President (1 year) / President (1 year)
- Best Buddies High School Program: Vice President and Active volunteer for down syndromes (1 year)
- A volunteer work for autistic children (1 year)
- Member of high school orchestra: Main Guitar Player (2 years)
- National Achievement in Geography Olympics: (eliminated at national team selection interviews) (I kinda asked them not to select me for the team because i was too busy!)
- Three rock concerts in the school's traditional festivals: Vocal and Guitar Player

Extracirruclar Activities
- Certificate of Power Reading
- Achievement (Semi-finalist) in a musical composition contest: (eliminated at final stage)
- Ongoing education in singing - I'm high baritone/tenor
- Semi-Professional Guitar Player (deep knowledge of musical theory)(I'm really really advanced but dont make money)
- Former Point Guard for the youth team of A Famous Basketball Club (5 years)
- Software developing (Delphi, visual basic, c++)

As supplements, they consider extra works such as musical performances. So I will send them a jazz-fusion guitar performance, a vocal performance (a song from a broadway production) and a space travelling simulation that I developed. So do you think that I would be have chance to get admitted to mit at early decision? My family's income is 8500$ annually. So I will apply for %100 scholarship also. Thanks for your advices, in advance

MIT does not have early decision so your chances of being admitted early decision are zero. MIT has early action but I think all internationals must apply regular action [what is usually called regular decision].

Early decision is binding so if you are admitted you must attend [there are some exceptions if you do not receive sufficient financial aid]. Early action at MIT is non-binding so admitted students are under no obligation to attend. As you are international applicant you must apply regular action anyways though although many other colleges will still allow you to apply either early decision or early action.
