Multiple SAT Subject Tests

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find an answer on this topic.

If I have two 800s on two different SAT Subject Tests (Chem and Physics), what do I report in myMIT?
From MIT's FAQ (Testing requirements FAQ | MIT Admissions)
"If you have taken more than one test in a category, we will use the test which makes you look best."
but the myMIT page does not let me report both tests. If I can only submit one for the application, which one should I choose? (do I have to chose one for the app, but MIT would receive both from collegeboard?)

When you send your official SAT scores to MIT, all your subject test scores will be visible. But just report one of the scores in the application, since having two scores of 800 won't "boost" your application any further.

I'd report Chem, since an 800 in 95th Percentile in Chem, but it's only 92nd in Physics.
