Pell Disbursement Record: Unchecked?

Since Daniel has been on cc the past couple of days, I decided to go straight to the source. About 2 weeks ago, all my financial forms were complete, including the receipt of the Pell Disbursement Record COD. I logged into the MyMIT portal today, and now it's under the "Not received" section again. Is this normal?

Yes, very normal. The Pell Disbursement record from COD is an electronic "sign-off" we need to obtain from the Federal government before we can release your Pell. There really isn't anything you (or we) can do about this until after your enrollment...

A comment about this should have appeared on any award letter we sent you once you had been awarded Pell, but the comment doesn't show up on WEBSIS.
