Well, you have the grades and the activities, definitely, so you're in the running.

But what gets you in is your passion. I can't really read that from a list of activities (and neither will admissions), but I can imagine you have some sort of passion for music and martial arts that you can write your essays on. Hopefully with all your hard work you've gotten close to some teachers who know you well and can write a nice recommendation =D
