Question: does getting your bid in early, rather than say June 17th, improve your chances of getting your top ranked dorm? I like to procrastinate.

yep....

i'm a little confused about the RBA thing. let's say i want to live in mccormick, baker or simmons. do i have to pick mccormick as one of my top two even if it's not?
