Don't forget need second SATII in a science subject.

Test scores are on the low end, but she knows that.

Rec she contact the swim coach if she's pretty good. Getting his/her support will help your friend stand out from the general crowd.

Disagree. You do not need math or science ECs to get into MIT.

Why is she taking the SAT II again? Completely unworthwhile in terms of MIT. 700's show academic competence - that's it. I see far too many people giving SATs too much weight. After showing competence, it's all about the essays and recommendations and who you are.
