McGill A and Sci? or Not (questions)

I have several concerns about undergrad.
i have been admitted into bachelor of arts and science as well as just science with the status 'admitted pending results'
the statement sounds pretty weird and confusing.
1. do they reconsider upon receiving my final term mark?
(cause, i have a really bad english mark (low 80s) relative to other high 90s in sciences and math)
2. As well, the main reason that iw ould choose to go to mcgill is to go to medschools possibly in the states. If i were to apply to any of the top medschools in the states with a fairly high gpa and a fairly high MCAT score as a canadian citizen, would i have a relative high chance of admittance into such schools?

3. Also, for arts and science, what would be a good choice for a pre-med program for arts
and for science

(i've been thinking economics and biomedical science (non-honours))
but i heard they're phasing out biomedical science which sucks a lot
4. Is it possible to become a quebec resident by the 2nd year to reduce the tuition cost?

1. low 80s is most likely fine
4. ya, you can gain quebec residency if you live there for a year, but during the time you cannot be a full-time student at mcgill or any other university. the option of doing parttime is there.

I did horribly on my Chem and Physics provincials (which are no longer required), and as a result, my mark went down to a C+ in both classes (I wasn't doing swell to begin with in either). However, I'm also taking several AP courses, so that may compensate for my poor Grade 12 course marks.

I think it'd be awful if they reconsidered my or anyone's admission, esp. in July, due to some Bs or high Cs, given that other university offers were declined in order to attend McGill. The conditions are to "maintain current level of academic achievement," but I'm boldly assuming that as long as you don't fail or suddenly drop a course, you're OK, but who knows, those conditions are quite vague. The UCs (University of California) admitted me under those conditions (just don't fail), so hopefully I'm right; otherwise, it's community college for me!
