usage of AP scores

so I got
2070-sat
690-math II
720-french

for standardized test scores and they seemed to be ok for mcgill.

Unfortunately I have these ap results

5- calc BC(5 AB subscore as well)
4- french
3-world
3-english language

are threes going to really hurt me?

AP policies for Canadian universities vary, but AP scores are considered in the admissions process at McGill if you declare them. They only give credit and/or course exemption for scores of 4 or 5. Whether a score of 3 is detrimental to your admissions, I do not know; I recommend you contact the Admissions Office directly and ask.
