EPSQ disk?

I took a look at my pre-indoc checklist today and noticed that the spot "EPSQ disk" was not checked off on. I did a thorough look through of the info I received from KP and couldn't find a mention of it. My question is, has anybody received any paper work about this? Am I missing something? Hopefully nothing too painfully obvious...

Thanks,
Travis

EPSQ disc

You can double check this with academy, but when I called them they said that the reference to the EPSQ disc was a mistake. There is no disc. The SF 85 has taken its place. You should have sent the SF 85 in already and have 2 copies to bring to INDOC. Spoke to the Naval Science Dept. to get clarification and this is what we were told. Hope this helps.

Well that clears it up. I had wondered if that was the case.
It seemed a little redundant to have both an SF86 form and an ESPQ if they both are security papers. But you never know with government. Better to ask than assume.

Thanks for the help
