What's up with the Barney Square web cam?
Anyone know what has happened to the other web cam? The picture was bad but now it's a big nothing!

I similar camera to the waterfront model is about $900.

Don't think we are doing parents weekend because our son should ship out in Oct. & we are planning to visit him when we get the "full" weekend with him before he ships out... BUT, WE ARE IN! Give us a name, address & we will send our share...

Before money is collected, better make sure with the Academy if this is okay. I don't have a clue who to ask; maybe one of the mids could advise us.

I will call someone at the academy to see if it alright to raise money for a new web cam, If it is, I will get back to everyone about where to send the money.

Camera Already Purchased
The Academy purchased a replacement camera almost six months ago. They're waiting for an improvement to award the contract to upfrade the installation to meet electrical codes.

Hurry up and install that new camera!
OK, I emailed the PR officer who took all of those great photos of endoc and offered to arrange a fundraiser for a new web cam. If he confirms what you say that will be great!

The new web cam
The new web cam was purchased. They are having some technical difficulties installing it. They were not specific what those were but said that if they needed additional money they would ask me to help raise it. Stay tuned.

The web cam on Barney Square
The web cam is up now! It looks like the Plebe Candidates painted a giant class ring on the grinder. The picture is only fair. The time still says 07/27/1970. Stuck in the 70's!
