Parents Weekend T-shirts Promoting CC

What do y'all think of getting T-shirts for Parents weekend to wear with our CC name?
That way we can easily identify each other!

Hubby will be KPMarineOpsDad 2012 and I'll be KPMarineOpsMom 2012. I'm even thinking of getting the boy one that says KPMarineOpsKid! Does anyone have any contacts in the
t-shirt arena that could get them for us?

I purchased a "Zombo" T shirt for my Mid last year from a guy who had a thread on CC. I can't remember where he is but you should be able to find him on CC.

If t-shirts don't pan out, ZONKER had a brilliant idea two years ago ~ he made up stickon name tags so we could find each other. If my memory serves me, we set a place/time to meet.

I love these ideas! But do you mean we are real people and have to show our faces and admit to the pathetic nature of our behaviour during Indoc? Our PC's may kill us.

I love the name tags and a time to meet. I am getting better it has been 17hours since I last visited the boards. We are staying at the Great Neck Inn and plan to be there bright and early, so I will be the one holding a coffee cup!!!

LOL doktrmom! Don't worry we all have been in the same pathetic boat, and actually some of us recognize each other by sight. he he he........that's the nature of KP. It's a tight group of Mids and parents too. No shame here!

OK so how is everyone after that phone call. I think I was better before. He called the GF but she called me and we cried on each other's shoulder. Both of us want to go do this for him knowing he needs to do it himself but hating that he is "not happy". Ok, we will make it till Sept! Rigth? :-/

I am not here very often, however back when we needed this page it was (is) a great place to share information. Parents weekend was one of the most important events for us so far... Our son had changed so much!!! So many experiences the midshpimen have we do not get to share this is one that is a MUST for parents and family. GO ENJOY!! (For us three trimesters to go. )
