Miami U vs Ohio U vs BGSU for a journalism major?

I'm a high school senior looking to major in journalism and minor in musical theatre at an academically strong school (I have a 31 on the ACT, 2020 on the SAT, and a 4.0). I also want to go to a public school in Ohio. In case it makes any difference, I am a white girl who doesn't like to drink/do drugs/party. Which of these schools would be best for me?

You will most likely not get a lot of specific info on those two departments on CC. You need to read about each school, visit each along with meeting with professors and students in the departments in which you are interested and then get a feel for where you would best fit in.
As far as partying, drinking, and using drugs, there will be plenty of students at all of these colleges that are not interested in making this a part of their lives. There will be students at all of these colleges that do include at least some of that in their lives. You will find the people you like to hang out with at any of these colleges.

OU has often been noted for their Journalism program. D reports hearing good things about Miami's, but doesn't have first hand knowledge of it, so it is just hearsay. This is really when the decisions are made by you, the student,-kind of like your first college assignment.
