Would welcome same info for females. I am not trying to hyjack this thread. But maybe people could respond for both sexes. Both certainly fit under the topic/subject listed.

Don't know if you've gotten more info. Last year when D was entering, I think we didn't get to pick the actual building, only the Living Learning Community. Dorms were assigned after the communities were split up. But there are some dorms that stay the same. Honors dorms, for example. Hopefully this response will bump this thread up so maybe some actual students will answer. (My D is in Emerson - one of the honors dorms. It is for freshmen only. Next year she will be in Wells, also honors, but not for freshmen.)

Do you know what Learning Living seems to be good for Freshman?

Binx, my D. was right by yours in Tappan. She was happy with it. Airconditioned. FYI - There were some people in Tappan who were not Honors. Next year is Wells, how about your D?

My D will also be in Wells next year! I didn't know that there were students not in honors/scholars (my D is in scholars) but I'm not surprised that I didn't know -- The kids don't seem to walk around saying, "I'm in honors, what are you?"

They won't have A/C in Wells. Hope they don't have that horrible heat wave like this past year, when some students brought sleeping bags to the library, because it was too hot in the dorms.
