| leadership position question-any requirements?
I am a senior about to apply to Umich very shortly. I fit all the normalcies of a typical student there--(high gpa, solid ACT score, APs, Honors, strong ECs)--yet I do not hold a position as a president, vp, secretary or treasurer or any school club. Though I participate in many, I hold leadership positions that dont really have definitive titles outside of school like a tutoring mentor, section leader of an orchestra and so on. Does NHS count as a leadership position? Is it bad thatim not a leader/ pres of a school club---will it affect my chances of acceptance?
