A little stupid careless problem

Hi, I realized I got into a little trouble. I sent (on time) an essay to Middlebury, but unfortunately, it was not the final version. I am an international applicant and I had made several grammar revisions to my text and well, in the one I sent there are still two mistakes (subject&verb continuity or whatever it's called; and usage of a wrong word). That makes me wonder, should I send them the correct version? If so, what should I say? Thanks

You could probably just send in the real version and tell them the truth, that you edited your essay and accidentally included the wrong copy. Most likely they will just put the new one in your file and throw out the old one, no questions asked, no problems.
