Middlebury is a reach for me but my Spanish teacher mentioned that I speak 5 languages (3 fluently)... will that help me?

Hard to say. It might not help you as much at Middlebury as it would at comparable colleges because Midd sees so many applicants who are proficient in a number of foreign languages. In other words, you might not stand out AS much, although speaking several languages fluently is certainly an accomplishment that you want to highlight.
