| How to become an International Cadet at West Point
My name is Ivana, from Shanghai China
there's not much about the international cadet program can be found; all i knew was that i have to apply to the defense attche office in my home country - which i can never get in touch with! (since theres so little i can find i dont even know if China is on the list for the year i graduated high school! the newest list was the class of 2012)
everytime i made a phonecall to the Embassy office in my country nobody pick it up and left a massege while knowing there would be no reply... it is so hard to find the person to apply to!
Ive been studying in VANCOUVER CANADA for almost two years, will be grade 11 after this summer. super worry! not much time left for me to get through all these formalities while not even making the defense attache office notice my efforts
Besides I meet all the requirements for admission except being a us citizen. Im a straight As student all time, SAT 2300 TOEFL 106 IELTS 7.5; also I practice Martial Arts since I was 5 now having 3 black belts still training everyday after school; lean fast in any sports once i got to know the rules...PLUS west point is always my dream school since very young!
Anyone help??!! anyone whos in the Academy? anyone whos already an international cadet? how can i contact the defense attache office directly??!! very very urgent!
