Having just taken the PDX to EWR (Newark) flight two weeks ago I feel for you mr green. long flight (though of course people are coming from MUCH farther!). Best of luck to you at WP. I have no doubt you will be a valuable asset to the incoming class with your experience.

Anyone else think it's wierd that we are actually leaving...

I'm here and I'm sorta having an interesting time thinking about it all.

Never thought the day would come but now its here. Will be pleasure to see my CC friends on R day and at beast.

Good Luck everyone - and please do post in August when you access to a computer - we'll all like it and it will help the crew coming in behind you. I hope one of you ends up with my Yuk son as your mentor - he's determined to be nice to his Plebe and help him/her as much as he can.

By the way - weather report for Monday - a little clearing from the heavy rain we've had here in the NE, then more rain for the next few days, but at least cooler and in the 70's.
