Cadet Candidate / Pre-Beast Workout Plan

Ten Weeks to R-Day, yesterday I started doing that workout they mailed to us. Even though I am in track (polevaulting...so not any serious work, but I did wrestling and football too) I would rather just do this whole process by the book. Is anyone elso following the workout that was mailed to us?

I am trying to follow that workout, but the four mile run has been very challenging to me. Somehow I can't log onto the online fitness tracker page though.

Put ~40 pounds into a ruck and go on a road march, that first 6-miler sucks.

or go backpacking, thats more fun. every morning of beast i wished i had ran more in the months leading up to r-day. if you have low endurance, start swimming. be able to do pushups, situps, and pullups. honestly, physical stuff during beast isn't bad, it's mostly the the mental breakdown and exhausion that gets you.
also, i dunno if anyone mentioned this but it's highly likely that you will get sick during beast. very sick. it's been dubbed the Black Plague because literally everyone gets it (pretty much an awful cold that results from living with 1,000 people, being beaten everyday, not getting any sleep, and eating bad food.) good luck? i know my mom snuck Cold-Ez into some letters, and Cold-Ez are god so bring em or something like it on R-day.

hey all! So due to some complications, I have my LOA and nomination, but I'm still waiting for my medical qualification and (hopefully!) my appointment. Because of this, I have not been sent the information with the workout plan... Can anybody help me out? I have been runnning regularly, working on my sit ups, push ups, and pull ups, lifting weights, and playing volleyball. Anyone see any glaring omissions? If I dont get my appointment I'm doing ROTC, so I have to be in shape anyway... Thanks!
