Useful College Majors for Special Forces

What college majors will be the most useful for someone in the special forces of the Army, Navy, or the Marines? Do not hesitate to bring up majors not offered at West Point.

Your major has very little (if anything) to do with getting selected for Special Forces in the Army, although studying at-need languages could be quite useful.

You'll be a PL (assuming you go the officer route) for at least 2-3 years before you even have the opportunity to go to selection so what you've done in the real Army is going to be much more important than your college major. I've heard from a reputable source that about any CPT with a pulse right now can get a slot for selection, actually getting selected is an entirely different matter however.

Also Special Forces (green berets to use the civilian term) are unique to the Army. SEALs, Force Recon, Rangers etc. all fall under Special Operations assignments and are not SF.
