i dont think you have a shot in hell. definitely not with that SAT score. what did you get on the math section? going from 1220 to 2000 is a pretty big jump... was there a reason you scored so low? was it like in Van Wilder where the guy had explosive diarhea during the MCATs? or did you just tell us your score without the writing section?
kdragerjx1, there's quite a few things you need to do. USMA really looks for leadership, so try for a club and get a leadership position. This may be hard to do since you are a senior. It sounds like you are very good at swimming, so thats good. Maybe try to be swim captain or something if you can pull that off. Have you looked at the west point website? That would answer a lot of your questions. It's www.usma.edu. Go there and look around, they have a lot of information.
So English is your second language? Will you take the TOEFL? As I understand language acquisition, it takes 7-8 years to fully master academic English. Perhaps more practice, too, would be very helpful inasmuch as it should enable you to get through it faster and with greater comprehension. Even if you don't ultimately attend USMA, SAT practice and checking into the TOEFL could only help!
Increasing your SAT score by that many points will take an incredible effort on your part. You will need to prep quite a bit and may even want to take a prep class or work with a tutor to insure you have the best chance to increase your score.
You have not indicated why USMA is so important to you. I'd be curious to know your reasons for wanting to attend. Also, what will you do if you do not receive an appointment? What is your Plan B?
If your gpa is a mid-level B, you are not standing out academically. And if you aren't taking the most challenging curriculum possible, and dropping Calc because it is too hard, you may have a difficult time convincing Admissions that you can excel academically at WP. It is very, very challenging.
It is extremely difficult to attend school in the U.S. when English is not your primary language. And it is hard to excel in your classes, so it is a major accomplishment that you have been able to maintain the B average. Could be a good essay topic.
You need to spend more time on the usma.edu web site. There are no scholarships for tkd or any other sports. It is expected that cadets are athletes and listing the successes you have had is a critical part of the process. You will also find quite a bit of information by reading the threads in each of the service academy boards here on cc.
