Questions about final grade report

Are we required to send in our final transcripts? I've always assumed I had to, but the report form didn't mention anything about it.

I've been taking an evening college class for the past 3 months. Do I have to report it to MIT? My counselor says I should report everything, but it seems kinda pointless to report an extracurricular class that I've never mentioned to MIT.

Assuming I do report it, how mad would MIT be at a D in an evening college class? Would the fact that it's a college class worsen the situation?

I've emailed MIT these questions (except the D part :-p ) but they haven't responded, and I have to turn in transcript requests by tomorrow. So maybe there's some common knowledge here that can help me.

It honestly doesn't matter. The odds they will rescind your admission are very low, and unless you're getting credit for the college class (Multi-variable or something like that), don't worry about it.
