Which BS/MD programs give early medical exposure

From what I understand, some BS/MD programs, such as Case PPSP and Rice/Baylor only give early med school acceptance. They are structed just like the traditional college to med school route, except you are guaranteed a spot in med school (and maybe no MCATs). But others like UMKC and Unv. of Roch. additionally have early medical exposure. They provide seminars, mentorship and other forms of medical prep during the undergrad years. Could you guys divide the programs into the "only provisional acceptance" and those with added benefits.

My friend is at Bu's 7-year program right now and she says that they have a lot of exposure to Medicine via the medical campus. She is in her third year, and she rides the shuttle to the medical campus to take a class there nearly every day. She also said that she had to take some undergraduate classes involving medicine.
