Does anybody know anything about the vocal performance program at UCLA?

I visited UCLA last week and had a look at their music department and next week I'm having a trial lesson with one of the faculty members. I was wondering if anybody had any previous experiences with the vocal department they would be willing to share.

I go to UCLA, i'm not a vocal major, but I know some things about the program. Voice is very competitive to get in at UCLA... Can't remember how many got accepted but very few.
Since the school isn't huge, you'll even get to know grad students. Also, you'll get opportunity to perform int eh annual opera (in the language it is written in) even if you're a freshman which is good.
which teacher did u ahve a trial lessonw ith?
