You probably will not find a tremendous amount on the board on a school to school comparison. A search on CC as a whole using "middle tennessee state" searching entire post and displayed as posts as the criteria revealed these:

Also some isolated, non-specific mentions came up as well. You can try the same search for Belmont.
The "best" of these programs are the ones that have strong ties to the industry, allowing for ample exposure, networking and internship opportunities. Belmont has a strong reputation for this. Given the proximity of MTS to Nashville, I would imagine the opportunities may be similar, but not necessarily equal. You may want to contact the department heads at each. Most schools will provide a list of current students or alums that will share their experiences.
