Stagedoor Manor Refunds?

Hi, I'm going to stagedoor manor this summer but recently found out that my family needs to go on a very important trip at the same time. I'm almost positive they said there are no refunds, but are there any exceptions or any ways to get my money back? Thanks!

I think they are pretty clear that deposits are non refundable. I think the only thing you can do is tell them truthfully what happened and see if they will consider refunding your money. Good luck.

I have never tried this, so I don't know. But the thing is, I am positive they have a waitlist of kids dying to get in and so maybe the sooner you tell them the better. I am sure they won't lose money. I know kids who would like to be on the waitlist even who can't even get on that. So, tell them as soon as possible and see what they will say, considering there is a waitlist. Your place will not go unfilled!

Thanks for the input. If I couldn't get a refund, I could probably get out of the trip with my family, but it's a great opportunity and SDM will be around next summer so I don't know...I'll email them.
