Has anyone ever been asked to do improv relating to their monologue at an audition? On the website for a few of my colleges (Emerson and maybe Wagner), it says a student may be asked to use their monologue for improvisation. What does this usually require?
You may be asked to redo your monologue showing a different emotion/state of mind (sad, happy, drunk etc.). CMU in the past has asked people to do their monologue like a chicken.
