In which place do you feel the most at home? Does either give you a tingly gut feeling when you think about attending? Who has offered the better financial deal? How did you score on Doctorjohn's BA vs. BFA test? I'd say CAP, but I'm not you.

The thing that scared me about NW was that you weren't guaranteed to get into MT until tryouts later on. That may or may not concern you, but I'd want to be sure you could get all ths courses you want if by some chance you didn't get into MT.

Hey there!

Knowing you personally, and talking to you a LOT about college stuff, I would say Northwestern. You seem to want the "real" college experience, with a campus and that, and Northwestern definately has that to offer. Plus Northwestern does have an impressive program with impressive alum!

Just a thought.

its so hard...i know your feelings about CAP's program and training, but since you've never taken a Northwestern class-you cant compare. You're concerned about being an intelligent actor, and you can get an awesome education at both schools, Northwestern is just structured so that you HAVE to. Taking only 1/3 of your classes in the theatre dpt is what concerns me about the program. Its perfect for me b/c I need econ and business classes in order to go into Arts Admin. Oh geez. I really want to hear your thoughts on your visit!
