| Candidate Kit Online
Hey guys, I just have a curious question about the candidate kit online. Well, my candidate personal data record, when I reached the "language skills" part, it won't submit it. Well, it does but it says that it's incomplete. I typed in everything, where i learned the language, if i took the AP test or not, if I speak it at home, and my remarks, but when I click save and continue or whatever, it says i need to add those things still.
Anybody also having this problem?

Yes, I think this was first pointed out by GlitterHair Dye, or at least on a thread she put together. Just make sure your saving at each step and eventually you'll come back out and it will say submitted.

Yea, I was having this problem first with language, than siblings, and then father. You just have to keep trying by pressing submit and save, although it may take a couple of weeks. If you get too impatient call the Academy and they'll do it for you.

My son got the submission to take by typing an "NA" in a field somewhere to the far right. Obviously, the IT people need to make some corrections to the computer scripts.

well, when i go to the summary part of it, there's nothing in red saying that i did something wrong. however, i just don't have a checkmark by it like all of the other tabs. i guess i shouldn't worry, since it's in my summary page.

Take nothing for granted. You're playing with your future. If in doubt, CALL USNA AND ASK.

You should have check marks in every box. It won't submit it until there are.

| There are problems with the software scripts on this part of the application. If you enter an "NA" in a field somewhere to the far right, I believe in relation to the question concerning AP scores it should take.
As GlitterHairDye stated, you need to have a check mark by every item, otherwise this portion of the application cannot be submitted.

My son had the same problem with the language part - I think he had entered something in one of the fields that he needed to leave blank or unchecked. Sorry I can't be more specific - its been awhile - just keep trying combinations of things. Eventually he got it right.

Hmm. I've been trying for about ten minutes now. No luck. Anyone got a clue? If not I'll probably end up emailing my regional director. I already emailed her cause my counslor didn't get my CFA confirmation. Counslor got it and sent it away immediately. Woot. Also, they finally recieved my transcript. Counslor sent that thing 2-3 weeks ago!
