"I did the math placement test last night. Told me I did excellent on the placement test part and then asked me if I wanted to take the calc. I took the calc and it didn't tell me anything (I am hoping that it shouldn't because I though I did pretty well). There were a few things that were hard to read on the computer screen but it went OK. Did take a long time though."

Got the same results, after the calc it just has a box that says "let me change my decision about taking the calc exam"

Pretty sure its supposed to same that since i thought I did well.

Could someone provide the address that is on the brown, postage-paid envelope? Thanks!

Report Times and Placement Rates

Yes, last year my recollection is they went up to 1100 hours. 0930 ... they're just getting "warmed up" sort of.

btw, IF you want to get rolling earlier, last year it was essentially whenever you got off the bus @ Alum Hall, got thru kissin' mama, etc. 'Twas get in line for the "best haircut" of your life! 'Twas and 'tis. Good luck! And remember ... nearly everyone not only survives I Day .. but graduates in 4 years. And as Admiral Rempt reminded parents at our son's NASS "graduation" ... GUARANTEED 100% EMPLOYMENT!!! To which he received a near standing O! It seems that Super Supe is missed.

I was wondering what people with an early reporting time do while waiting for everyone else to report? Do they just end up getting yelled at for a longer period of time? I can't image they'd give them downtime

You can't imagine correctly. Rumor has it the early birds get a hair cut, then there is a reception with the Supe for them in the bowels of Alumni Hall, bagles, lox, hot chocolate, and they have video games set up to help the soon Plebes-To-Be relax.

Enjoy! Don't over-think this. They'll do ALL the thinking for you that day! Just keep your behind on the bulkhead and eyes straight ahead ... and all around! Anchors aweigh!

admissions forgot to include the questionnaire for national security positions/sf-86 worksheet in my permit to report so I had to download it off the internet and complete it on my own. Does anyone know if this gets returned in its own envelope, if so, to where?, or if it gets mailed along with the many other items in the large brown evelope? I appreciate any help in advance, thanks.

The 2012 candidate information booklet that was in the PTR lists nine documents that must be returned in the manila envelope. The SF-86 was one of them. It would be a good idea to read the information booklet to know what they are asking of you and it has a number of other things that are required. i.e. immunization info, glasses, I-Day info etc.
