USNA only looks at your math and English scores, so you probably need to increase your English a bit on the ACT. I got an appointment with a 34 in math and 32 in English.

S had these scores and did not get appointed:

SAT: M-700, CR-680, W-650
ACT: 31 Combined, E-33, M-29
