PTR - SF-86 worksheet

My son and I are confused about page 6 entitled relatives and associates. On page 5, bottom numbers 1 & 2, states to inlude only foreign nationals. Does this mean that page six should only be filled out if you have any relatives that are foreign nationals? Confused because it says mother and father are a mandatory entry.

Please provide feedback as to what they may be wanting or what others have done regarding this page.

Thanks!

I listed all of my siblings and used an extra sheet to include them.

State Dept. 240 is a form you fill out to get your citizenship if you were born in a foreign country to American parents.

SF-86's are an important form. I recommend that if you have any questions you contact the poc from USNA, rather than this board. This is a form where the simplest mistake can draw out the process. So, you want to make sure it is completed correctly.

from what i understand this is just a worksheet so that we have all of this information at the end of plebe summer when we fill out the real thing.
