Decisions got released on the 15th, so I guess I'm a little bit late. But I haven't seen any individual threads about it so...
I got into Macaulay at Baruch, which was totally unexpected. My SAT score was lower than the average, but hey I'm not one to nitpick.
Who else? I know y'all are out there.

    I got in at Hunter! I didn't really think I'd get accepted either, but yeah. Are you definitely going?

    @Dramamine ahhh I have no idea yet to be honest. It's an amazing opportunity and I would feel so guilty turning it down. I'm waiting on a few more schools, though. What about you?
    @masterofpupets
    Race: Middle Eastern, though I believe I was prompted to check White on the app
    Gender: Female
    SAT: 2050 (CR 720, M 610, W 720)
    SAT IIs: Lit 740, US 620 (I don't even remember if I sent those)
    Rank: 20/761
    Average: 95.60 (This is on a 100 point scale. My school's grading system is bizarre, so I can't properly convert it to a 4.0 scale)
    Course load: I took honors classes freshman and sophomore years. Junior year I took AP Lang (4) and AP US (5), and Italian IV as AP Italian was not offered last year. This year I'm taking AP US Gov, AP AB Calc, AP Italian, AP Environmental, and AP Lit. I also did an independent study course first semester.
    Extracurriculars: Not much, actually. I was in a club or two and didn't hold any leadership positions. No leadership in NHS either. I wrote for my school paper, won an award for an article I wrote. I did do some volunteer work, though. Around 300 hours. Like I said, not a lot.
    Essays: Honestly I still feel like I could have done better on them in terms of structure, but at least they sounded like me.
    Recs: No idea, I never read them.
    Income Bracket: My family's on SSI if that tells you anything.
    I go to a large public high school in NYC.

    @okyanus: haha yeah, I know EXACTLY what you mean. I'm still waiting on my top choice (Vassar), but even if I manage to get in, I'll most likely end up at Hunter. The free tuition/free dorms/macbook is WAY TOO MUCH to pass up. We'll see what happens over the next few months I guess.
