NYU is still marketing Sallie Mae loans? I thought they stopped after the attorney general investigated collaborations between the loan companies and universities.

They found an extra 2 grand for me but unfortunately, that is still too little. I need more money or else I can't pick which college to go to.

I can't decide if Boston U is worth paying 8k a year. >_< I know NYU is out of the picture now. =/

I'd assume it's writing to explain your financial situation. You could probably use your Boston U FA as leverage.

I can't believe this, though. =/ I mean, my parents are going from 76k to 54k and I even wrote them an e-mail! I think they just gave me more laons, though. -_-

i appealed and they gave me about $8,000 more in scholarships. still a bit out of reach though, financially.
